Language & Community Focus (Required)Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is required to support a large Chinese‑speaking resident population, build trust, and deliver services.
Make a Real Impact in Your CommunityAs a Resident Services & Wellness Coordinator, you will support residents’ day‑to‑day well‑being and long‑term stability. This relational role involves building trust, connecting residents to resources, and creating programs that support health, independence, and engagement.
You’ll help residents navigate challenges, access services, and participate in programs that strengthen individual outcomes and the broader community. Ideal candidates are people‑centered, resourceful, and energized by community work.
CompensationHourly Range: $24.00 – $28.00 DOE. Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and internal equity. EBALDC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.
What You’ll Do- Provide one‑on‑one resident support, referrals, and service coordination
- Connect residents to healthcare, food access, financial assistance, and public benefits
- Plan and lead community programs, workshops, and engagement activities
- Coordinate wellness initiatives (health education, fitness, aging support)
- Track participation, maintain documentation, and support reporting
- Partner with Property Management and community providers
You’ll check in with residents, coordinate programs, and connect people to resources. Some days include hosting wellness activities or community events; others focus on follow‑ups, documentation, and planning. Every day centers on building trust and supporting residents to thrive.
What You Bring- Experience in human services, public health, or community‑based work (or equivalent)
- Experience working with diverse communities; seniors or affordable housing experience preferred
- Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin (required)
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Onsite at an EBALDC property
- Regular resident interaction; occasional evenings and weekends
- Experience working with seniors, families, or affordable housing communities
- Familiarity with public benefits and community resource systems

- Ability to move throughout the property and community spaces as needed
