Case Manager

Responsibilities

The Case Manager is an experienced professional who provides support, guidance, and connections for students experiencing distress e managers are licensed clinicians who work within a FERPA environment to provide non‑clinical case management services. They independently perform the full range of case management responsibilities in support of working with a diverse student population across a range of academic and personal challenges to collaboratively develop goals, interventions, and emphasize identifying resources to address students’ medical, psychological, psychiatric, social, financial, and academic needs.

Case Managers also serve as a resource for faculty, staff, and families in support of student well‑being. The role will specifically provide direct and indirect support to the Student Health Services department and will spend dedicated time to provide patient support and advocacy.

The full salary range for the Case Manager is $90,034.56 – $ annually, with an expected pay scale of up to $ annually. Salary offers are based on education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. The university is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for staff.
