Side By Side is seeking an ILP Career & Employment Specialist to support foster and probation youth (ages 14–25) with employment readiness, career exploration, and workforce development. You will manage a caseload of 40–70 youth, cultivate partnerships with employers, and facilitate workshops both virtually and in person.
The role emphasizes trauma-informed practice, youth-centered approaches, and collaboration with ILP teams. Hybrid option may be available based on autonomy and program delivery.
