Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Treatment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping patients confidently move forward with treatment. Full-Time Monday–Friday (2 Saturdays a month)

• Present treatment recommendations clearly, confidently, and compassionately
• Educate patients on treatment options and help them understand the value of care
• Guide patients through financial discussions, payment options, and financing solutions
• Build trust through consultative communication that supports informed decision‑making
• Support case acceptance through strong patient education and relationship‑building
• Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Coordinate scheduling to support smooth treatment flow and an exceptional patient experience
• Maintain accurate treatment, scheduling, and financial records
• Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Support patient retention and overall practice growth initiatives

• Experience in dental, orthodontic, or other patient‑fac­ing healthcare environments is preferred, but not required
• Experience in a commission‑based or performance‑driven sales environment is strongly preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
