Brief
Job Description:
We are seeking a Housing Specialist to assist clients with housing applications, eligibility reviews, and access to housing resources and support services.
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct client intake and assess housing needs
+ Assist with housing applications, documentation, and eligibility verification
+ Maintain case files and client records
+ Coordinate with landlords, agencies, and service providers
+ Monitor client progress and provide resource referrals
Requirements
Requirements:
+ Experience in housing services, social services, or case support
+ Knowledge of housing programs and community resources preferred
+ Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
+ Ability to work with diverse populations
+ Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field preferred
