Summer Search Bay Area is hiring a Senior Donor Relations Manager (SDRM) to be based in Oakland or neighboring offices who will manage and grow an existing major gift portfolio of individual donors capable of making five- to six-figure gifts. Seeking someone w/ 4-5years related experience that loves building relationships and creating personalized stewardship plans and is a strong communicator for pipeline management and growth planning.
