We are building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. At the core of Reflow is a growing set of machine learning models that learn from real work patterns to predict outcomes, surface insights, and power intelligent automation.

What you will do

• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models on real‑world workflow and behavioral data
• Build predictive models for task outcomes, productivity trends, capacity forecasting, and workflow optimization
• Fine‑tune large models and foundation models for domain‑specific prediction, classification, and embedding tasks
• Design and maintain feature pipelines, training loops, and evaluation frameworks
• Work with engineers and product teams to integrate trained models into production systems
• Monitor model performance and iterate using offline evaluation and live data feedback

Who you are

• Strong foundation in Python and applied machine learning
• Experience training supervised and self‑supervised models
• Hands‑on experience with model fine‑tuning, evaluation, and deployment workflows
• Comfortable working end‑to‑end from raw data through training to production inference
• Pragmatic, curious, and experimental with a bias toward shipping working models
• Experience fine‑tuning large language models or embedding models
• Familiarity with PyTorch, Tensor Flow, or similar frameworks
• Experience with time series forecasting, behavioral modeling, or graph‑based learning
• Background working with messy, real‑world product data
• Build the learning backbone of Reflow that turns work data into predictions and signals
• Work closely with founders, engineers, and product teams
• Ship real models into production and see them shape how teams work
• Flexible structure, part‑time or full‑time, with a focus on ownership and iteration speed

Our Windows app is critical to capturing performance data and enabling insights across enterprise environments. We’re looking for an experienced Windows app developer to take ownership of development, stability, and deployment, working alongside Denis to scale the platform.

• Lead Windows app development with a focus on performance, maintainability, and cross‑environment stability.
• Profile, debug, and optimize for speed, memory usage, and reliability.
• Build for managed and restricted enterprise environments using MDM tools and deployment best practices.
• Integrate with backend APIs, and optionally, implement or adjust backend endpoints when needed.
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure consistent experiences across platforms.
• Contribute to app architecture, testing, and release processes to ensure smooth updates and deployments.

• Proficient in C# with hands‑on experience in Windows app development (Avalonia UI, WPF, UWP, or WinUI).
• Skilled at profiling, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experienced in enterprise‑managed or MDM‑deployed app environments.
• Comfortable working with APIs and understanding full‑stack communication.
• Detail‑oriented, you care about consistency, reliability, and smooth user experiences across setups.
• Experience with cross‑platform or Electron‑based apps.
• Understanding of Django or other backend frameworks and API design.
• Familiarity with security compliance and enterprise privacy standards.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for Windows apps.

You’ll own a key product surface, the Windows app that powers Reflow’s data collection and user insights. You’ll work closely with the core team, improving performance, reliability, and the developer experience across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine craftsmanship with real impact.
