This is a part‑time role for a Junior Golf Instructor based in Oakland, CA. The Junior Golf Instructor will be responsible for providing golf instruction to youth participants, focusing on skill development, proper use of golf equipment, and fostering sportsmanship. Additional responsibilities include organizing and conducting training sessions, maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment, and assisting in planning and facilitating junior golf programs and events.

The Junior Golf Instructor will work closely with both students and staff to promote the values and mission of The Pinkney Foundation.

• Minimum 2 years Experience in Golf Instruction, including teaching techniques and methodologies
• Proficiency in Golf Equipment usage and knowledge of its maintenance
• Background in Golf and relevant experience in Junior Golf programs
• Ability to train and mentor youth participants with patience and motivation
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to working collaboratively and fostering an inclusive environment
• Demonstrated passion for youth development and community engagement
• Experience organizing youth recreation or sports programs is a plus
• PGA/LPGA certification or similar credentials are preferred but not required
