Project Overview:
We’re bringing autonomous drone delivery to life, and we need reliable, detail-oriented people to keep daily operations running safely and smoothly.

About the Role: This role supports our on-site drone delivery operations. You will not be flying drones. Instead, you’ll handle ground tasks that make each delivery possible—collecting delivery zone information & geolocation data to ensure that each delivery zone is safe and accurate.
This job requires your own reliable vehicle to travel to different delivery zones and collect location data.

What You’ll Do:

• Create an Impact Collect geolocation data for delivery zone assignment and data collection.
• Support smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-moving test environment.
• Identify issues, share observations, and provide clear feedback that helps improve processes and technology.
• Operational Excellence Follow all safety protocols and site procedures with precision.
• Maintain an organized, efficient workflow that keeps the operation on schedule.
• Stay flexible and proactive as processes evolve.
• Team Collaboration Work closely with a small, mission-driven team that values trust, accountability, and consistency.
• Help reinforce a strong operational culture through communication, reliability, and hands-on teamwork.
• Communication Serve as the eyes and ears on the ground—reporting observations to engineers, operators, and cross-functional partners.
• Represent positively when interacting with merchants and community members.
