• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Good navigation skills: read maps, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.

• Trainees can progress to management, general manager, franchise ownership, or corporate operations positions.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders, both over the phone and in person.

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.li>
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions.
• Indoor temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F or higher in some areas.
• Sudden temperature changes.
• Fumes of food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing, walking, and occasional sitting for short durations.
• Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds, sometimes requiring lifting and carrying.
• Carrying large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of pizza dough.

• Continuous use of hands, including forearms and wrists for pizza dough shaping.
• Manipulation of pizza peel, rolling cutter, and cardboard pizza boxes.
• Ability to grasp and handle cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

• Pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.

• Deliver product by car to customer doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Navigate maps, locate addresses within delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.

• Deliver pizzas within the designated delivery area, making several deliveries per shift.

• Travel between store, vehicle, and customer location.

• Navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions during delivery, driving, and couponing.

• Far vision and night vision for driving.
