Material Handler​/Delivery Driver; Oakland, CA

About the Role

• Load and unload trucks, pick orders, organize inventory, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Safely operate non‑CDL 16‑ft boxed trucks and Sprinter vans to transport goods to local destinations.
• Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods in a fast‑paced setting.
• Operate material‑handling equipment (cherry picker, forklift, and walk‑ie riders) with training.

• Must be 21 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license with at least one year of U.S. driving experience. (Michigan: Chauffeur’s license; Missouri: ClassE license.)
• Pass a criminal background check, a DOT physical, and a 3‑year motor vehicle report.
• Ability to lift 70lbs frequently and up to 90lbs occasionally; comfortable at heights up to 25ft.
• Good communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus.
• Team player with strong work ethic; previous warehouse or delivery experience is a plus.

• Base pay of $25.00‑$29.00 per hour, with the possibility of a pay increase after six months.
