Job Title: Mail Courier

Location: Oakland, CA

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (training period), with flexibility for a 7am-4pm shift if preferred

Job Description: The Mail Courier will support office operations by loading and unloading cargo, picking up and delivering important and confidential packages across the Bay Area, assisting with shipping and receiving processes, maintaining accurate transportation logs, and supporting cross‑functional projects and operational tasks.

• Load and unload cargo, ensuring safe handling of all items
• Pickup and deliver important and confidential packages across various office locations and employee addresses within the Bay Area
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, supporting the mailroom operations
• Maintain accurate transportation logs, vehicle fuel consumption records, and delivery documentation
• Support cross‑functional projects, including event setup, work order tickets, and other operational tasks

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to handle documents and packages with confidentiality and care
• Strong punctuality and ability to meet delivery deadlines
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
