. This role is hands‑on and leadership‑focused, supporting warehouse operations while supervising and motivating staff in a cold storage environment.

• Manage warehouse operations (Sunday–Thursday)
• Inventory control, planning, and resource allocation (labor, time, materials)
• Inventory management (FIFO, cycle counts, box counting)
• Regular work in cooler and freezer environments
• Order selecting using scanners
• Load and unload trailers
• Operate stand‑up forklift and electric pallet jacks
• Train, manage, and motivate warehouse staff
• Maintain equipment maintenance records
• Meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Draft professional emails and company documents
• Assist with procedures and disciplinary documentation
• Communicate professionally (verbal & electronic)

• Cold storage (cooler & freezer)
• Physical warehouse setting
• Hands‑on leadership role

• 5+ years warehouse operations experience (required)
• Food industry experience (preferred)
• Prior supervisory experience (preferred)
• Cold storage experience (preferred)
• Forklift certified (stand‑up + electric rider pallet jack)
• Strong leadership and training ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong math skills (accurate box counting)
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Self‑starter, quick learner, motivator
