Material Handler Contractor- AI Technology and pre-IPO Unicorn- Onsite

We are seeking a Material Handler Contractor in Oakland, CA for a hyper-growth AI technology company. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager. The ideal candidate will bring experience in shipping and receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations, with a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and efficiency. This individual will play a key role in supporting material flow and ensuring timely movement of materials to support production and business operations.

• Support outbound shipping by preparing, packaging, labeling, and staging shipments in accordance with company procedures.
• Safely operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and stage materials while maintaining efficient material flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following company policies, OSHA regulations, and performing other related duties as assigned.
• Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials, supplies, and products against purchase orders, packing slips and receiving documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Accurately record, organize, store and track inventory while supporting cycle counts, physical inventories and inventory reconciliations.

• High school diploma or GED required; previous experience in material handling, warehouse operations, inventory control or logistics preferred.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds, and stand, walk, bend, reach and climb throughout the workday.
