Our Community ABA Team brings high-quality behavioral services directly to clients where they live, learn, and thrive. We are expanding and looking for a mission-driven Community Behavior Analyst who wants flexibility, strong clinical mentorship, and meaningful work in natural environments.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will help lead the clinical team to ensure we deliver the highest-quality experience in all daily interactions and services.
Experience:
The Community Behavior Analyst helps ensure that every client and family receives responsive, compassionate, and effective support across all aspects of care. This includes guiding clinical staff to uphold best practices, maintain clear communication, and provide meaningful, individualized intervention.

- Conduct functional assessments and write ABA treatment plans
- Manage a 32-hour weekly clinical caseload across direct, supervision, and caregiver skills training
- Provide weekly supervision and coaching to RBTs
- Deliver caregiver training sessions
- Review data and adjust programming weekly
- Collaborate with the Senior Behavior Analyst and clinical director team
- Attend monthly BCBA and team meetings
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing
- Comfortable working independently in home, school, and community settings
- Professional, organized, and able to collaborate with multiple teams
- Reliable transportation
- Current CPR and First Aid
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to move including kneeling, sitting, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
