The school social worker position at China Primary School will focus on supporting a case load of students who have counseling needs. The successful candidate will be able to facilitate group and individual counseling sessions with students on an on-going basis. The school social worker will coordinate and connect parents with outside of school resources and supports. In addition to the case load, the social worker position may case manage students with 504 plans, register students coming into China Primary School and handle other tasks associated with a school counseling office.
