LPN – Long-Term Care

13 weeks, 36 hours per week, rotating shifts. Guaranteed 48 hours every rotation.

Current LPN license. Completion of LPN program. Previous experience in long-term care settings preferred.

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the nursing staff. Support patients with daily living activities and personal care. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.

Flat overtime available. ASAP start date.
