Emergency Room Nurse

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly upon arrival and determine priority level.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition.
• Document patient care, observations, and interventions accurately.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, procedures, and post-discharge care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid and unexpired RN license required.
• Minimum of one year of emergency room experience preferred.
• Possess current CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-stress setting.
• Must provide a copy of unexpired driver's license with submission.
