Salary & Benefits

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

• Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
