Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, yards, parking areas, and perimeter lines to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity;
Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry, directing visitors and deliveries according to site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site contacts and/or public services when required;
Complete detailed reports and logs for patrol activity, access control actions, and incident response, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
