ANNUAL COMPENSATION : $58,000 – $72,000 (commensurate with experience)

PTS Data Center Solutions, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Net Suite
Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations in Net Suite, including full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing, for our Oakland, NJ headquarters.

• Record financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, payment posting, and tracking outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and organized financial records in Net Suite and Quick Books.
• Assist with preparation of basic financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
• Support compliance with tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
• Maintain documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to support financial reporting and decision-making.
• Identify discrepancies and assist with process improvements.

• Accuracy & Compliance: Financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations are accurate, complete, and audit-ready at all times.
• Timeliness: AP and AR are processed and posted within established turnaround times, with minimal outstanding or aging balances.
• System Proficiency: Net Suite and Quick Books records are maintained cleanly, with discrepancies identified and resolved proactively.
• Collaboration: Clear, timely communication with the Director of Finance and internal stakeholders supports informed financial decision-making.

• Minimum 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Net Suite experience
• Demonstrated Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing experience , including invoicing, payment posting, and collections.
• Experience with Quick Books.

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Construction or project-based accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Procore or AIA progress billing procedures.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Oakland, NJ headquarters, Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Occasional flexibility may be available to support month-end and quarter-end close, but this position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
