Interested in international trade and want hands‑on experience with import compliance? We’re a food import company sourcing from about 200 suppliers across France, and we’re looking for an organized, detail-loving recent grad to help manage our supplier documentation and relationships, working directly with the business owner.

No industry experience needed, just strong organizational skills, sharp writing, and a knack for staying on top of a lot of moving pieces. Bonus points if you speak French.

• Reach out to our French suppliers by email and phone to request key documents
• Track requests across ~200 suppliers and follow up until everything’s in
• Keep a clean, organized digital filing system so nothing gets lost
• Review documents for completeness and flag anything missing
• Draft clear, professional emails to suppliers (English; French a plus)
• Maintain a master tracking log of supplier document status
• Work closely with the business owner on supplier relationships and light food safety compliance support (FSVP)

• Bachelor’s degree (new grads welcome!)
• Excellent organizational skills: you love a good system and a clean spreadsheet
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable with spreadsheets
• French language skills a plus, not required
• Self-starter, reliable, and detail-oriented
