Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service or portal administration, possess strong communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field is required.
This is an onsite position with a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $105,000 and eligibility for a performance bonus.
