The Role
We are seeking a System Administrator to support and maintain our hybrid document management infrastructure across both on‑premise and cloud‑based environments. This role is critical to the reliability, security, and efficiency of our enterprise software deployments, document processing systems, and client account configurations.
ResponsibilitiesWindows Data Center Management
- Maintain, monitor, and support our Windows‑based data center infrastructure, ensuring optimal uptime and performance.
Kodak Scanner Maintenance
- Perform regular maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of high‑speed Kodak document scanners.
Client Account Configuration
- Create and manage client user accounts, permissions, and access within our enterprise document management systems.
Enterprise Software Deployment
- Manage and maintain on‑premise deployments of enterprise applications, ensuring seamless updates and security compliance.
Local Network Administration
- Oversee a local network of Windows PCs, including troubleshooting, patching, and domain management.
Cloud Platform Management
- Deploy and maintain services on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Handle virtual machines, storage, and backup strategies.
Containerized Environments
- Use Docker and Kubernetes to deploy and manage containerized enterprise software systems, supporting scaling, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience in system administration, ideally in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Experience maintaining Kodak production scanners.
- Hands‑on experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with container orchestration and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Comfortable configuring, securing, and maintaining enterprise software on‑prem and in the cloud.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with DHS Total Recall document management system.
- Experience with SharePoint Server (On‑Premise) administration and integration.
- Exposure to document imaging workflows, metadata indexing, and automated processing.
