Utility A Worker/Rubber Shop Warehouse

• Loads rubber material weighing 10 to 45 lbs. to the operator, requiring bending and lifting and standing for 4-6 hours.
• Cleans completed rubber components with a stationary drill bit while the product is spinning. The job requires cleaning the product of excess materials to precise requirements.
• Trims rubber components using a scissor to ensure the product is smooth and meets engineering specifications
• Assist Mill operator with loading and unloading raw rubber material for press production runs.
• Operates and/or assist Press Operator in loading and unloading rubber molds.
• Operates forklift to help move material between warehouses.

• Ability to work with a variety of warehouse/manufacturing tools

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Creative problem solving skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Proven organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
