Warehouse Specialist

Compensation Details:

Starting pay range of $16.00 –$20.00 per hour

Our Warehouse Specialists create a warm, friendly, and helpful experience both inside our store and out in the community. We answer questions, offer advice, and ensure every customer knows they are welcomed and cared for. We help bring projects to life and turn hardware shopping into an exciting and fun experience.

Some responsibilities may include:

• Working together on teams to accomplish store goals
• Sorting, stocking, and organizing incoming deliveries to keep the warehouse humming
• Down stocking shelves and building engaging product displays that inform and delight
• Walking customers to products and helping them find exactly what they need
• Assembling grills, wheelbarrows, lawn mowers, and other products with care
• Delivering products directly to customers' homes and assisting with home services
• Loading heavy items into customer vehicles with a smile
• Counting inventory and helping keep the store organized, safe, and stocked

• Basic computer skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Passion for people and a willingness to learn about our products and services
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and carry over 80 pounds
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment and handle small tools for assembly
• Working toward or have obtained a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Prior work experience preferred
