Behavioral Assistant

Elevate and Evolve Wellness Center seeks professionals in the behavioral and mental health field to provide Behavioral Assistance services on a per diem basis, working with at‑risk youth and families across various communities in New Jersey.

The role requires no caseload commitment; typical service hours range from 2‑4 hours per week, working in home or community settings.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral intervention strategies outlined in individualized service plans designed by licensed clinicians.
• Provide in‑home services to stabilize children’s behavior following crisis referrals.
• Work to prevent the need for inpatient hospitalization and reduce the likelihood of moving the child’s residence.

Requirements:

• Minimum high‑school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a social service or related field.
• At least one year of experience working one‑to‑one with at‑risk youth, implementing behavioral intervention strategies.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with privileges in good standing.

Position Type:
Full‑time/Part‑time per diem.
