Dedicated OTR Driver Regional

OVERVIEW

As a Kenco Logistics OTR Driver, you will operate tractor/trailer or straight truck equipment to transport product safely and legally from Distribution Centers and Vendor locations to their destinations in compliance with DOT regulations.

• Operate tractor/trailer or straight truck equipment in accordance with all DOT regulations to transport product safely and legally from the Distribution Centers and Vendor’s to their destinations.
• Ensure timely delivery of products, monitor freight security with devices and straps, and verify products are delivered undamaged and in original condition.
• Follow company policy, attend required trainings, maintain truck cleanliness and daily logs, trip reports, and other required documents.
• Perform full pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on tractor‑trailer and report any damaged product to the Transportation Supervisor/Manager.
• Communicate delivery issues to the Transportation Supervisor/Manager, keep equipment fueled, tidy and compliant with inspection requirements, and account for all assigned tools and equipment.
• Maintain professional conduct and compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations.
• Perform any other reasonable requests as directed by management.

• Minimum 2 years of tractor‑trailer Class A driving experience.
• Class A CDL required.
• Meets FMCSA and company requirements.
• Pass background and drug screening; clean driving record.

This position is expected to travel approximately 75% or greater. A passport is not required, but recommended.
