Responsibilities- Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth to meet patient volume goals.
- Lead clinic staff, setting behaviors, actions and attitudes for X‑ray technologists, nurses, and front‑office specialists.
- Perform duties outlined in the SCRIBE job description.
- Discuss and review patients’ medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and medications; ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses.
- Actively engage with clinical leadership and elevate concerns to management to ensure adherence to company values.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely fashion and forward charts as appropriate daily.
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by CMO and supervising physicians.
- Analyze and interpret patient histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Deliver patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention to safety, cost, and reliable information.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA.
- Work efficiently in fast‑paced autonomous environments, both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic test results, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on acute and chronic conditions.
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and engage in E/M training.
- Complete mandatory compliance training and adhere to company standards of operation.
- Recommend ideas to improve patient experience and care both in clinic and telehealth.
- Support new employee onboarding, training, and job shadowing.
- Maintain a respectful, confidential culture.
- Education:
Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). - At least 1‑2 years of experience as a provider in relevant practice such as urgent care, occupational medical facility, ER, trauma unit, or family medical practice.
- Current active license and DEA; DOT certification required for full‑time and part‑time providers within 120 days of employment.
- Certification:
Family Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant license. - PRN employees required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month; full‑time employees required 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend.
- On‑call periods may be required annually.
- Level requirements:
Level 1 – new graduate up to 1 year of experience;
Level 2 – 1–5 years;
Level 3 – 5–10 years;
Level 4 – over 10 years.
