Stocking Team Associate

WM Supercenter #4533, 105 Chickasaw Ridge Dr, Oakland, TN

Full‑time position. Shift start times: 8:00 am–11:00 am or 1:00 pm–4:00 pm.

Pay range: $15.00–$28.00 /hr (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed local minimum wage).

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom, lifting heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

• Unloading trucks
• Sorting products in the backroom
• Stocking products on shelves
• Ensuring aisles are neat and the area is clean
• Engaging vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
• Greeting customers and answering their questions

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (>50 pounds)
• Physical stamina for a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment
• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn to operate forklifts (if required)
