IT Sr Programmer Analyst

Job Purpose

Perform software development tasks which might include:

• Administrative paperwork
• Software evaluation and support tasks
• Application troubleshooting and correction
• Simple application design and coding
• Other duties as defined by the manager

• Administrative paperwork as assigned
• Assist in evaluation and recommendation of software
• Analyze business process issues that may be improved or automated through a software system solution
• Design and code software solutions to these business issues
• Support purchased applications as required
• Act as team leader and project manager as projects require

• HS Diploma and BS degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in an applications development environment (or equivalent)

• Be able to come to work promptly and regularly
• Take direction and work well with others
• Work under the stress of deadlines
• Concentrate and perform accurately
• React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned
