ACDC Power is a local, family-run energy company serving Bay Area homeowners. We're not a national call center — we're a licensed, full-service team (Lic. C-) that handles everything in-house: design, permits, installation, inspection, and final approval. We make going solar simple and stress-free, and we serve both English- and Spanish-speaking families.

We're looking for driven Sales Representatives to sell complete home energy solutions — solar, battery storage, EV charging, and more. Your job is to connect with homeowners, understand their needs, and help them lower their power bills and take control of their energy. You close the deal; our team delivers the rest.

• Meet with homeowners to present energy solutions tailored to their needs
• Build trust and guide customers through their buying decision
• Manage your own pipeline and follow up consistently
• Work leads provided by ACDC and generate your own through referrals and networking
• Hit and exceed monthly sales targets

• Strong communication and people skills — you connect, you don t read scripts
• Self-motivated and reliable, with a track record of following through
• Comfortable working in the field and meeting customers in their homes
• Sales experience preferred (solar/energy a plus, but we ll train the right person)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus
• Bay Area based with reliable transportation
• Valid driver s license
