Overview

Delivery Driver at Domino’s Pizza Franchise located at 4530 Main St, Oakley, California. Full‑time position starting immediately.

• Deliver pizza and other products to customers while maintaining a safe driving record and navigating to various locations.
• Assist with in‑store tasks including food preparation, order processing, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders and enter them using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Transport inventory, including bulk product deliveries and supplies, using hand trucks and storage equipment.

• Minimum 0 years of experience; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Strong navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; make correct monetary change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for taking and processing orders both over the phone and in person.
• Motor coordination for rapid and accurate handling of orders.
• Ability to use a computer or touchscreen for order entry.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry items weighing 3–12 pounds over short distances.
• Capability to climb stairs and operate in varying weather and temperature conditions.
• Good vision, hearing, and depth perception.

• Standing for most tasks; walking and occasional climbing of stairs.
• Working in temperatures ranging from 36° to 90° Fahrenheit and exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Lifting bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds) and moving trays of pizza dough (approximately 12 pounds each).
• Exposure to hot surfaces/tools up to 500° during in‑store tasks.
• Handling sharp edges and moving mechanical parts during packaging and equipment operation.
