Kids for the Future is seeking a Part Time Member Service Representative in Oakton, Virginia. In this role, you will manage and service member accounts, handle inbound calls, and assist members with product inquiries. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of relevant experience and a two-year college degree. Hours for this position are flexible during weekdays from 10am to 2pm, 1pm to 5pm, or 2pm to 6pm.
Strong listening, telephone skills, and the ability to build rapport with members are essential.
