** HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
*** Open, sort and Q.C. all incoming mortgage documentation packages in accordance with lender procedure guide for the Ontario standard service program.
* Return registered documents to the Lender in accordance with the lender procedure guide
* Identify unregisterable documents and elevate per lender procedure guides
* Respond to and deliver all requests for office supplies from internal partners, completing supply order via third party vendor as needed.
* Update and maintain the department training manuals as required
* Review and action reports as per lender procedure guides
* Meet and exceed lender service level agreements
** HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
*** Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently.
* Previous office experience is preferred
* Detail oriented and proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
* Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting confidential information
* Ability to work independently in a deadline driven environment
* Flexibility to work additional hours as required
* Ability to be in the office 5 days a week when needed

Total Direct Compensation:37,620 - 45,210

Any pay range is in $CAD
