Position: Service Support / Digital NOC Co-Op ON)

Location: Head Office, Cornwall Road, Oakville, ON

Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Co-Op Student to join our Digital Networks Operations Centre (NOC) / Service team
. This role offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic environment, supporting database management, administrative tasks, and Service‑related operations. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor.

As a Co‑op Student in Media Resources Digital NOC / Service department, you will play a key role in maintaining databases, supporting administrative functions, and contributing to various initiatives in a collaborative and supportive team environment where you’ll have opportunities to develop both technical and professional skills, while gaining exposure to real‑world experience
.

Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain internal databases with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
  • Assist with NOC department operations and service support.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.
  • Document procedures and maintain organized records.
  • Support various department‑related projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a post‑secondary program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in database systems and Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong team player with resourceful and proactive attitude.
  • Exemplary organization and time‑management skills; excellent multitasking ability.
