Our client in the non profit, healthcare industry is looking for a candidate over the next few months to assist them with customer service and administrative duties. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle a variety of clerical, and front-office responsibilities, and be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
Responsibilities
Process and code invoices; post and verify EFT payments
Monitor funding approvals and maintain accurate banking information
- Generate reports, correspondence, and maintain filing systems
- Provide administrative support to management and coordinators
Respond to inquiries
Provide occasional front desk coverage
Qualifications
College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
Typing skills of 50+ wpm
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
