Administrative accounting clerk

Responsibilities
  • Process and code invoices; post and verify EFT payments
  • Monitor funding approvals and maintain accurate banking information
  • Generate reports, correspondence, and maintain filing systems
  • Provide administrative support to management and coordinators
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Provide occasional front desk coverage
Qualifications
  • College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Typing skills of 50+ wpm
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
