As a Summer Student:

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

Ensure optimum servicing to our client base by completing all Requests for Insurance following appropriate lender/ lawyer procedures and timeframes.
Prepare/review documents as required; consistently applying guidelines as applicable to all files in all Provinces excluding Quebec.
Provide superior customer service to our clients via portal, email and phone responding to all inquiries within specified timeframes.
Address lenders/ lawyer on any issues relating to their specific files, elevating to internal partners as required.
Complete daily Quality Control as per audit guidelines.
Assist with reports, filing and data entry as required.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Must be enrolled in a law clerk program
Our core hours of operation are 8:00 a.m.

- 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Candidates must be flexible to work a regular rotating late shift to 8:00 p.m.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
Detail oriented and proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting confidential information.
Intermediate keyboarding skills with experience in MS Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Total Direct Compensation:

per hour/ payé à l’heure

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
