As

a Finance Operations Summer Student, you will be engaged in a variety of administrative tasks related Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing and Collections.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

Maintain CAS and AP Inbox

Action Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports relating to failed external faxes and emails

Action and maintain customer verification and setup

Assist team with Daily administrative AP, AR and Collections tasks

Assist team with overpayment investigations and refunds

Cheque handling and administration related to the delivery and fulfillment of payments

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, and Word 2010)

Team player who can work with minimal supervision and a positive, collaborative attitude

Exceptional customer service skills

Quick learner with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Total Direct Compensation:

per hour/ payé à l’heure

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
