HUB continues to grow and is seeking a Personal Insurance Account Assistant to join our Personal Lines team based in Oakville, Ontario. What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain expertise of EPIC Broker Management System.
  • Deliver the highest standard of review and processing of Agency and Direct bill policies.
  • Engage with team daily to drive productivity and troubleshoot for issue resolution.
  • Display strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work cohesively with team to achieve desired results with daily tasks and responsibilities while adhering to HUB Standards.
  • Display strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Offer robust analytical, logical, and technical support to our service and sales teams.
  • Provide prompt and accurate solutions to daily queries, both internal and external.
  • Demonstrate high level of initiative to drive results and improvements.
  • Complete activity reconciliation for Policy changes and Cancellations in a timely fashion.
  • Generate client communication and follow-up activity for registered notices of cancellation and offers to renew from the various forms in which they are received.
  • Reception relief when needed.
  • Back up new business processing as required.
  • Training and mentorship of fellow team members.
  • Supportively Assist, participate and contribute to workflows, processes, and meetings.
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success
  • Post-Secondary Education.
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
  • Experience in EPIC an asset, but not required.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Great attitude, self-motivated and logical thinker that can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong verbal and written Communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise initiative and follow-up skills.
