Client Relations & Operations Executive

We are seeking a poised, highly capable professional to serve as the central force behind our client experience and operational flow. This is a high-visibility role suited for someone who carries themselves with professionalism, communicates with precision, and takes ownership of every interaction they manage.

As the primary liaison between our company and our clients, you will oversee onboarding, coordinate deliverables, manage communications, and ensure each client journey is executed seamlessly and to the highest standard. You will be trusted to represent our brand with confidence, discretion, and excellence.

• Lead client onboarding calls with clarity and professionalism
• Act as the main point of contact for client communication and support
• Coordinate materials, timelines, and approvals
• Oversee client requests and resolve issues efficiently
• Manage correspondence and maintain organized workflows
• Collaborate internally to ensure projects move smoothly
• Assist with marketing messaging and client-facing copy when needed
• Represent the brand confidently in meetings and on camera

• Familiar with Shopify or similar platforms (preferred)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communicator
• Professional, composed, and solutions-focused
• Experienced managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
• Background in client relations, operations, or account management is an asset
• Maintains a polished, professional presence and is comfortable representing the company confidently in video communications and on‑camera settings
