Position: Contract Operational Risk Manager Position
Join a dynamic team as an Operational Risk Manager on a 12-month contract. Focus on key operational risk areas including TPRM and BCM while residing in the Greater Toronto Area.

Applicants should have 5-7 years of experience within risk management, compliance, or audit sectors.

Your role will involve conducting RCSAs, supporting audit activities, and reinforcing the ERM framework. Drive strategic risk governance while preparing insightful reports and metrics for key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead TPRM, BCM, and climate risk management programs

• Conduct RCSAs to proactively mitigate risks

• Support audits, control testing, and remediation efforts

• Enhance ERM framework through thorough governance

• Prepare and present risk reports to leadership

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in risk or compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of operational risk regulatory frameworks

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a bonus
