Position: Finance Manager Controller Job
Xediton, located in Oakville, Ontario, is hiring a Controller & Finance Manager to lead financial reporting and operational finance. Bring your detailed accounting knowledge and analytical skills to this essential role.

In this role, you will manage financial operations, including cash management, payroll, and the General Ledger. You’ll ensure accurate financial reporting and assist with budget preparations to support the company's financial goals. Your analytical skills will be vital for producing reports that guide strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations in accounts and payroll

• Oversee the maintenance of General Ledger and sub-ledgers

• Prepare monthly financial statements and analyses

• Assist in budget and forecast preparation

• Conduct regular reconciliations and account adjustments

Requirements:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in finance

• University degree and/or an accounting designation required

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems

• Knowledge of SAP Business One or FICO preferred

• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
