Middle Office Manager

Position: Middle Office Manager - Clearlight Energy
Drive the Middle Office functions at Clearlight Energy as a Manager, ensuring seamless post-trading operations in a hybrid environment. Focus on risk management and operational excellence.

In this role, you will manage the Settlement team and oversee all aspects of trading activities, from execution to compliance. Collaborate with internal teams such as trading and accounting to enhance operational workflows and address inquiries. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining accuracy and efficiency across trading portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage post-trading operations and Settlement team

• Monitor trade lifecycle accuracy from execution to settlement

• Ensure compliance in monthly settlement procedures

• Identify and rectify process gaps in trading operations

• Prepare risk and performance reports for leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in trading

• Familiarity with MTM and financial products preferred

• Expertise in Python, SQL, and Excel applications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
