Senior Compliance Analyst at Canadian Tire

Reporting to the Manager of Business Compliance, the Senior Analyst will be integral to executing Canadian Tire Bank's Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Program. Collaborating with corporate compliance and business stakeholders, this role focuses on identifying and managing compliance risks while embedding effective practices into everyday operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance testing and control assessments

• Facilitate discussions on control effectiveness and process improvements

• Lead compliance risk assessment workshops

• Partner with stakeholders to enhance regulatory controls

• Prepare testing summaries and management insights

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years in regulatory compliance or related field

• Experience conducting compliance assessments in regulated environments

• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks

• Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently
