Key Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management Framework

• Manage risk profile assessments and challenge strategic initiatives

• Develop financial risk policies and governance processes

• Conduct independent credit risk oversight and assessments

• Present risk analyses to Executive Management and Board

Requirements:

• 10+ years in risk management in financial institutions

• Experience in Enterprise and Financial Risk Management

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders

• Strong knowledge of risk governance principles

• Relevant undergraduate degree, graduate degree preferred
