An established Real Estate Software company located in Oakville is seeking a Residential Real Estate Law Clerk to join their team in their Mississauga office.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage Purchase/Sale/Mortgage of residential properties from beginning to end independently
- Skilled at reviewing agreements of purchase and sale, conducting title searches and off-title searches, execution searches, preparing requisitions and responding to requisitions; preparing all closing documents; final reports to clients and mortgage lenders.
- Ability to prepare mortgage documents and interpret mortgage instructions from any institution.
- 2+ years of residential real estate experience working in a law clerk capacity
- A Law Clerk education from an accredited institution
- Proficient in Teraview, Conveyancer, PC Law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
$50,000 - $60,000
