Overview

Senior Account Executive, IT Recruitment at Patch Tech Staffing. We are a dynamic IT recruitment firm seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our growing team. You will be instrumental in expanding our private sector client base, fostering strong partnerships, and guiding clients through the recruitment journey from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new business:
    Identify, pursue, and secure new client partnerships within the private sector with a hunter mentality.
  • Cultivate client relationships:
    Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor for IT hiring needs.
  • Lead generation & prospecting:
    Proactively generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry research.
  • Client onboarding & management:
    Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Oversee recruitment lifecycle:
    Collaborate with our recruitment team to identify and present top-tier IT talent, meeting client expectations.
  • Seamless onboarding support:
    Facilitate a successful candidate onboarding experience for clients and new hires.
  • Achieve & exceed targets:
    Consistently meet and surpass sales targets and KPIs, contributing to company growth.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales track record:
    Minimum of 5 years in a Senior Account Executive or similar role, with a history of exceeding quotas in a B2B IT recruitment environment.
  • IT industry acumen:
    Understanding of the IT landscape, technologies, roles, and industry trends.
  • Client-centric approach:
    Strong relationship-building skills and ability to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Hunter mentality:
    Proactive, persistent approach to new business development with a record of opening doors and closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Organizational prowess:
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated & independent:
    Ability to work autonomously and collaborate within a team.
Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary plus an uncapped commission structure, rewarding your success and commitment to driving results.
