We’re growing — and we’re looking for two skilled Territory Sales Managers to lead the charge in expanding our reach and strengthening relationships across Oakville, London, and surrounding regions.

What You’ll Do

Develop new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.

Strengthen customer partnerships by delivering exceptional support, solutions, and follow-through.

Promote the full range of residential and commercial HVAC/R products, parts, and services.

Execute sales programs and initiatives that drive market share and brand loyalty.

Collaborate with a strong internal team to deliver an unmatched customer experience from start to finish.

Negotiate win‑win solutions that build lasting value for clients and the company.

What You Bring
You’re not just selling – you’re a trusted advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, technical sales environment. You understand the HVAC/R world and know how to connect value, performance, and people.

3–5 years of HVAC/R sales experience (wholesale distribution or dealer-facing preferred)

A minimum of 5 years selling experience

A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong product and technical knowledge with a mechanical aptitude

Strategic thinking — able to plan, prioritize, and execute with minimal direction

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience required.
